Answer: The line of the heater is that the main power line passes through a magnetic absorbing switch and then to the electric heating tube. Therefore, it is necessary to first check whether the contacts of the magnetic absorbing switch are normal. The above phenomenon occurs if the line does not pass one of the phases. If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the meter again to see if the ohmic values of each phase are the same as the machine. If it is normal, it should be a short circuit. If the phases are all connected but the line or the heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.

When the equipment is working, the film material is easily offset and cannot be properly fed. How to adjust?

A: If the film material is offset in the equipment, and the position of the adjustment film roll and the tension balance bar are invalid, the problem can be solved by adjusting the angle of the upper triangular plate. The upper layer of film material is offset from the entrainment chain, and the upper triangular plate can be adjusted in a clockwise direction; if the following layer of film material is offset from the entrainment chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted counterclockwise.
