Wood chipper is mainly used to crush  wood logs or wood timber,plywood,wood branches,furniture waste into small chips,the thickness of  chips is 3mm-5mm,length and width is about 15-35mm.By adjusting knives gap,outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.

Wood chipper devides in to disc wood chipper and drum woop chipper,Disc wood chipper used to process raw material which diameter less than 200mm;Drum chipper can proceed big diameter material including wood log,timber,etc.

Raw Meterials and finished products

The main raw material is square blocks, round logs,wood staff, and it can also be used to cut the wooden material such as reed, bamboo, sugar cane, etc. The final size can be according to customers' request.

1.It can be used for cutting smaller wood lods,wood pieces,branches,twigs and planks,etc with diameter less than 200mm.The Diameter of final wood chips at range 25-35mm.

Features of drum chipper
1.The machine base is welded with high-cavity steel plates, which is the supporting foundation of the entire machine，two knives are installed on the knife roller, and the special knife bolts are used to fix the knife on the knife roller through the pressure block;
2.For different thicknesses of raw materials, the upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down in a certain range by means of the hydraulic system; the cut qualified pieces fall through the screen holes and are discharged from the bottom, large pieces will be cut again in the machine.
